  • If you are a prospective client and have enquired but not started working with us, your details will be held for a period of twelve months before being deleted.
  • If you are a client working with us, your details will be held for the length of our working relationship. Should this working relationship expire your details will held for up to five years after such date before being deleted.
  • If you are neither of the above and have signed up to our mailing lists online, your data will be kept for the length you choose to be signed up to our mailing lists. You may unsubscribe at any time.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. You have the right to request Hound & Hive for copies of your personal data. This is known as a “subject access request”. We may charge you a fee to cover administration costs in responding to your request. We will respond to your subject access request within one month.
